1. Sponsor

The Grandsweeps.online Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and operated by GRANDSWEEPS ENT (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:

• Are at least 21 years old

• Reside in an eligible jurisdiction where promotional sweepstakes are permitted

• Access the platform for personal entertainment use only

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be excluded. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny participation at its sole discretion.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes is ongoing and continuous. Entries may be submitted at any time while the platform is active. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.

4. How to Enter

Participants receive Sweepstakes entries in the form of Sweeps Coins (SC). Sweeps Coins may be obtained through the following methods:

4.1 Free Methods of Entry (AMOE – No Purchase Necessary)

Participants may request Sweeps Coins by submitting a mail-in request containing:

• Full legal name

• Registered email address

• Residential address

• Date of birth

• The phrase: “Request for Sweeps Coins”

Mail to: GRANDSWEEPS ENT – Sweepstakes Entry [Insert Mailing Address]

Limit: One request per envelope. Requests must be handwritten and legible. The Sponsor reserves the right to deny incomplete or duplicate requests.

4.2 Promotional Bonus

Sweeps Coins may be provided as a promotional bonus when acquiring Gold Coins. Gold Coins are entertainment credits only and do not affect odds of winning.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on gameplay results and are not influenced by purchase. Purchasing Gold Coins does not improve chances of receiving Sweeps Coins or winning prizes.

6. Sweepstakes Play

Sweeps Coins are used to participate in promotional gameplay. Sweeps Coins:

• Have no monetary value

• Cannot be sold or transferred

• Are void if traded or exchanged

7. Prizes & Redemption

• Minimum redemption: $50

• Daily redemption limits: Depend on VIP level and range between $300 – $2,000 per day

Redemption requires identity verification, completion of gameplay requirements, and compliance with the Terms & Conditions. Prizes are issued in U.S. Dollars. The Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

8. Verification

Before receiving any prize, winners must complete identity verification, confirm account ownership, and confirm eligibility. Failure to verify within a reasonable timeframe may result in forfeiture.

9. Taxes

All prize recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. The Sponsor may issue tax forms where required by law.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

• Use multiple accounts

• Use automated play

• Use VPN or location masking

• Engage in collusion

• Attempt fraud or abuse promotions

Violation may result in forfeiture of entries and prizes.

11. Right to Cancel or Modify

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel entries, modify prizes, suspend accounts, or terminate the Sweepstakes in cases of fraud, technical error, or legal requirement.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost mail entries, technical failures, internet interruptions, unauthorized access, or system errors. All prizes are awarded “AS IS”.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their username and city/state for promotional purposes where permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Sweepstakes are governed by applicable federal and state laws.

15. Winners List

To request a winners list, send a written request to the GRANDSWEEPS ENT mailing address.
